Prescott Airport Expands Flights to Los Angeles and Denver
Beginning this month, travelers can connect to anywhere in the world through the Prescott Airport. SkyWest Airlines, operating as United Express, has been selected by the U.S. Department of Transportation, and through the recommendation by the City of Prescott and Town of Prescott Valley, to provide Essential Air Service* from Prescott to Los Angeles and Denver.
United Express will offer round-trip flights daily to Denver, and six days a week to LA (excluding Saturdays) out of Prescott Municipal Airport. Both the Denver and LAX airports provide connections to hundreds of destinations across the world, allowing those traveling to and from Prescott a much shorter commute. Previously, many relied on Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, approximately two hours south, when traveling to and from Prescott.
The Denver Airport currently offer 190 non stop destinations with 26 of those being international, while LAX is the second busiest airport in the nation and the only airport in the country with all three legacy carriers; American, Delta and United.

SkyWest Airlines is based in St. George, Utah with more than 13,000 aviation professionals operating over 2,400 daily flights. Sky West Airlines operates in partnership with Delta Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines, and Alaska Airlines, and has a fleet of 443 aircraft.
