Retreat to Possibility at Pioneer Point
The trailblazing culture on which the American West was built is part of what lures people to its wide-open deserts and rugged mountains. Because options, for everything, are attractive.
Pioneer Point, the newest neighborhood of 25, well-positioned homesites at Talking Rock just outside of Prescott, is where the need to retreat meets that craving for options. Homes at Pioneer Point, named for the homesteading energy still prevalent in this part of the country, allow for flexible design and create space for hosting and entertaining family and friends.
With semi-custom floorplans, Pioneer Point allows owners to color outside traditional lines, or draw new ones, to shape the unique retreat they’ve waited to build in a Talking Rock community that values the freedom to roam, connections with the land and each other and the vast open space in the area.
And some of those retreats are already taking shape.
Pioneer Point’s first model is expected to be ready by the end of this month, and construction is expected to begin this fall on three homes being built on spec, which are anticipated to be ready by spring. There is no doubt that a getaway like this is in demand, amplified by the fact that Pioneer Point is a limited collection of rustic escapes.
