Carter Morrish Shares Vision for Enhancing Golf Experience at Talking Rock
Talking Rock was one of the last golf courses acclaimed designers Carter Morrish and his father Jay Morrish collaborated on, and Carter ensured his father’s iconic vision remained in place as the Championship course finalized enhancements.
In addition to increasing consistency on the bunkers of the 18-hole Championship course, Carter collaborated with Talking Rock’s leadership team on the development of a new two-sided practice facility with elevated tee box, and finalization of a casual new nine-hole putting area – Silent Moon Park.
Each of the additions create a better experience for all types of golfers, from the purists who welcome the challenge of an exciting 18-hole Championship course, to those looking for an informal social short-game facility – ranked the top in Northern Arizona.
