A Modern Ranch Feel
As a community that prides itself on elevating its lifestyle, we wanted to bring a new feel to Talking Rock. Taking that mindset, we turned to a trusted builder, TDLC Development, to help us achieve our goal of bringing modern ranch homes into Talking Rock.
The Pioneer Series introduced in late 2020 is a semi-custom home product, where buyers have the opportunity to choose from four different floor plans and pick their interior selections. The desire for modern ranch design has increased tremendously, as it offers a blend of indoor-outdoor living with an abundance of possibilities.
The Pioneer Point community has seen a wealth of activity, with only seven remaining out of 25 homesites. This limited series remains to be one of the only new build options within Talking Rock.
