Talking Rock Ranked a Top Women’s Golf Course
We try not to toot our own horn at Talking Rock, but when you can boast an award-winning, 18-hole Jay Morrish-designed Championship golf course positioned perfectly amidst the spectacular mountain views of Prescott, it’s hard to stay humble. And we’re not the only ones impressed, Talking Rock is thrilled to be named one of Arizona Women’s Golf Association’s (AWGA) GEM designated golf facilities in Arizona for the second time!
One of only 25 facilities in the state to earn this designation in 2018, Talking Rock was selected for AWGA’s GEM designation based on a variety of factors. These include the level of participation of women at each golf facility along with the scores those women gave the course and its staff during the selection time period from November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017.
Awarded for exceptionally high scores based on quality and service demonstrated, Talking Rock gratefully accepts this honor and continues to work hard to let each of our members know how much we value them.
Looking forward, we’re working on even more ways to enhance our golf experience including the addition of a new nine-hole putting course and chipping area called Silent Moon Park. It’s slated for completion in Spring 2018 and will be followed by a new double-ended driving range this summer.
