Talking Rock Honors Veterans Nov. 11

Prescott’s premier master-planned community, Talking Rock, is honoring Veterans on November 11 with a day of golf. Veterans are invited to Talking Rock’s 18-hole Jay Morrish Championship course for a day of golf at a discount of $25 per player on Sunday, Nov. 11. Veterans will have the opportunity to play the course, enjoy a delicious lunch and participate in free golf clinics as a small thank you for the tremendous sacrifice they’ve made.
Created by world-renowned golf course architect, Jay Morrish, Talking Rock’s Championship course melds into the surrounding high-desert landscape and offers fantastic views of the Prescott area. The par-72 course surprises and challenges even frequent member players. Morrish’s deep bunkers, signature reachable par-4 holes, and perfectly crafted greens keep players on their toes. The front nine moves through stretches of natural terrain including juniper, native grasses and scrub pine forest with show-stopping views of Granite Mountain. Tuning into the back nine, elevation climbs, and the rugged terrain requires players to adjust their game to finish strong.
Funds raised from the event will benefit local charities offering services and support for the veterans community. The golf clinics are scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. Tee times begin at 11 a.m. and lunch is set for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Veterans who would like to should RSVP by Friday, November 2 to Steve Talentino, and can call 928-493-2606, or email stalentino@talkingrockclub.com.

Thirty minutes outside of downtown Prescott, Talking Rock is private, guard-gated master-planned community offering a variety of home sites including custom builds, on the golf course, two to 10-acre lots, and read- to-move- in options. Visit Talking Rock https://talkingrockaz.com/
