Pumpkin Fest at Mortimer Farms
Fall in Northern Arizona has a way of bringing people together—the crisp air, the changing colors, and traditions that make the season feel special. One nearby favorite that captures all of this is Mortimer Farms, home to the much-anticipated Pumpkin Fest.
From late September through October, the farm is alive with more than forty activities, rides, and vendors, along with live entertainment throughout the grounds. The pumpkin patch is the centerpiece, offering endless rows of locally grown pumpkins perfect for decorating, baking, or carving.
Just as popular is the annual corn maze, redesigned each year with a new theme. This year’s design, “Proud to Be Farmers,” honors agriculture and the families behind it—a fitting tribute to the roots of the farm itself.
A stop at the Mortimer Country Store rounds out the visit, with shelves full of fresh seasonal produce, homemade pies, and local honey.
