Looking Back, Moving Forward: Talking Rock in 2025
As the calendar turns to 2025, we can’t help but reflect on the remarkable year that was—2024 was truly one for the books here at Talking Rock. It was a year filled with milestones, community triumphs, and countless moments that reminded us why this place is so special. Let’s take a stroll down memory lane and, more importantly, look ahead to all the excitement coming our way.
2024: A Year to Celebrate
Symmetry Homes at Talking Rock
In 2024, we introduced the Allure floorplan through Symmetry Homes at Talking Rock. These semi-custom homes allow you to personalize key features like interior layouts and finishes while enjoying a streamlined construction process.
Cooper Hawk Ridge II: The Next Chapter
In Cooper Hawk Ridge II, 2024 saw the finalization of infrastructure, availability of new lots, and the beginning of home construction. This new phase not only expanded our offerings but also introduced fresh opportunities to enjoy the privacy and beauty of Talking Rock while enriching the vibrant tapestry of our community. Notably, Cooper Hawk Ridge II backs up to the State Land Trust, providing residents with stunning natural views and a serene environment.
On The Course
Golf has always been more than a sport at Talking Rock—it’s a way we connect, celebrate, and, let’s be honest, enjoy a bit of friendly banter. We had a fantastic time on the fairways in 2024 made truly memorable by the 11 Hole-in-Ones made at Talking Rock! We also embraced the spirit of competition by hosting the first round of the Symmetry Cup—where we proudly claimed victory against our sister club, Pine Canyon. And welcomed Arizona Cardinals legend Patrick Peterson for his annual Ryder Cup-style tournament. 2024 marked an unforgettable year on the golf course at Talking Rock.

Rocktoberfest Fun
Of course, the fun didn’t stop with golf. Rocktoberfest gave us all a chance to raise a glass, enjoy live music, and share in some good old-fashioned German fun. Events like these remind us that Talking Rock isn’t just about where you live—it’s about how you live.
2025: What’s on the Horizon
As we settle into the new year, there’s already a buzz about what’s to come. More homes are set to rise in Cooper Hawk Ridge 2, further shaping the neighborhood into a place of beauty and connection. Symmetry Homes will continue to offer tailored options for those ready to call Talking Rock home, with the highly anticipated Essence floorplan set to release very soon.
Exciting New Developments
We are thrilled to announce a new neighborhood offering in partnership with TDLC Development, set to launch in 2025.
Additionally, keep an eye out for the release of the Essence floorplan from Symmetry Homes, coming very soon. Make sure to subscribe to our property updates to be in the know about these exciting new developments!
And, as always, our calendar is filling up with can’t-miss events. The return of the Symmetry Cup will no doubt be another highlight, and we’re sure Rocktoberfest 2025 will be even more spirited than last year. With golf, community events, and more opportunities to connect on the horizon, we’re looking forward to making new memories together.
It’s All About Community
At the heart of it all are the people. Whether you’re a long-time member or someone considering joining the family, Talking Rock is about more than just a place—it’s a lifestyle. It’s in the laughter shared at events, the stories swapped over pizza at 1800, and the rounds of golf that turn into lifelong friendships.
Here’s to an exciting year ahead, filled with more of what makes Talking Rock so special: the people, the moments, and the memories yet to come. Cheers to 2025!
