Tamara Burks is the newest addition to Symmetry Hospitality. As Director of Hospitality at Talking Rock, she’ll be overseeing all reservations for the current community Cottages and upcoming Club Cabins. In addition, she will assist the sales team with coordinating real estate Discovery Experiences, build the Concierge Services department, and supervise the current housekeeping staff. Tamara has a high focus on service and elevating experiences for Members and guests is a top priority.

Prior to joining the Symmetry team, Tamara earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University. Tamara was with Longhorn Steakhouse for nine years, serving as Managing Partner for the last three at one of their locations in Phoenix. She opened multiple new restaurants and built strong, dedicated teams by providing organized training, showing a commitment to teamwork, and continually leading by example. Tamara was recognized for her gift to continually create exceptional guest experiences. Going above and beyond is just who she is!

Tamara is very excited to be returning to her hometown of Prescott. When you can’t find her at work, she’ll most likely be spending time with her family, re-exploring Prescott, or baking up some sweet treats in her kitchen. Look out Martha Stewart, you’ve got some competition! We are so excited to welcome Tamara to the Talking Rock team!
