Stepping into the role as Food and Beverage Director, Sunaina (Sue), expertise and knowledge extends internationally. Originally from Durban, South Africa, Sue moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 2010 where she continued her journey in Hospitality. Growing up in a family that loved to entertain and have family events, Sue realized her passion for the industry and looked forward to making a name for herself in the industry.

While fine-tuning her skills in high-end dining, Resort dining, and Private Club operations she fell in love with the level of connection to the membership working in a private club setting.  After years of working in various positions within Food and Beverage and Hospitality, she looks forward to making herself successful at Talking Rock Ranch.
