Peter was born in Gladbeck, Germany, and hails from a hotel and restaurant family. After four years of a culinary arts apprenticeship and schooling, he graduated from the Hotel and Culinary University in Essen, Germany. Peter refined his extensive culinary training, using his skills in Italy, Spain, and France and on European river cruise lines. Peter has held the head chef position at prestigious restaurants in Germany such as the Burgkeller in Meersburg am Bodensee and the Franziskus Stuben in Düsseldorf am Rhine.
Peter started working in 2019 for the Talking Rock Ranch and he is enjoying every minute to create member satisfaction. Peter, Helga, Brian, and dogy Rovy are very excited to build their house here in Prescott, Arizona.
