Bunkhouses Create Unique Living Spaces
Customization most often comes with a cost. But it also comes with an uplifting payoff — that moment when you know something is exactly as you hoped it would be.
It’s a celebration, if only for you.
At Talking Rock, a private golf community near Prescott, Arizona, we insist on offering opportunities for more of those moments. They’re that good. It’s why we relish options, and one of the most convenient ones — especially this time of year — is the bunkhouse.
Offered in our Pioneer Point neighborhood, the bunkhouse is essentially an optional, additional en suite bedroom that provides flexible space for periodic guests, an additional family member or a home office set apart from the main living area. Every one of the four floorplans in the Pioneer Series at Pioneer Point offers a bunkhouse option, nearing 200 square feet, with a separate, front porch-style entry.
And as part of Talking Rock’s Outlaw Series, flexible floorplans that can be built anywhere in our community, two types of bunkhouses are available as part of the Van Zandt floorplan, allowing buyers to pair the additional space with a garage that meets their needs.
Imagine the possibilities. A bunkhouse caters to the needs of a multi-generational household, it offers a space for professionals working remotely and it serves as a comfortable host for out-of-town guests eager to see what Talking Rock is all about.
Unlike the bunkhouses of the old west, offering little privacy for working cowboys who utilized a traditionally barracks-style building, the bunkhouses incorporated into Talking Rock’s luxury ranches create unique spaces for work, play, or rest.
And that’s the whole idea.
